6. Exchange & Refund Policy

  • We offer a 14-day exchange policy only on items from our Basic Collection.

  • Premium Collection and Formal Collection items are not eligible for exchange.

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • Please review our Return & Exchange Policy before making a purchase.
